Food & Nutrition

A Food & Nutrition is responsible for educating and guiding individuals, groups, and organizations on the benefits of a plant-based diet. They design meal plans, offer nutritional counseling, and promote sustainable, health-conscious eating habits. This role requires expertise in plant-based nutrition, dietary planning, and wellness coaching to help clients achieve their health and lifestyle goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Nutritional Counseling & Education:

  • Assess clients’ dietary habits, health conditions, and nutrition goals.
  • Provide personalized plant-based meal plans and nutritional guidance.
  • Educate clients on the health benefits of plant-based eating, including disease prevention and weight management.

Meal Planning & Recipe Development:

  • Create balanced, nutrient-rich plant-based meal plans.
  • Develop recipes that cater to different dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).
  • Ensure meal plans meet macronutrient and micronutrient requirements.

Health & Wellness Coaching

  • Support clients in transitioning to a plant-based diet.
  • Address challenges like protein intake, vitamin deficiencies (B12, D, Omega-3s, etc.), and food variety.
  • Provide lifestyle recommendations for holistic well-being.

Research & Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest plant-based nutrition science and trends.
  • Conduct research on plant-based diets and their impact on health and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with health professionals to integrate plant-based nutrition into wellness programs.

Public Speaking & Workshops:

  • Host seminars, webinars, and workshops on plant-based nutrition.
  • Develop educational materials such as blogs, social media content, and guides.
  • Advocate for plant-based diets in healthcare, corporate wellness, and fitness industries.

Compliance & Professional Standards:

  • Ensure all recommendations align with health and dietary guidelines.
  • Work with registered dietitians, nutritionists, and healthcare providers when needed.
  • Follow ethical standards and evidence-based nutrition practices.
